Terms of service
These terms are a contract between Byte Bunny S.L.U. ("Byte Bunny", "we") and the business that opens a BunnyOwn workspace ("the Customer", "you"). Byte Bunny S.L.U. is a company registered in Spain; its registration details, address and contact email are on the legal notice page.
1. Who this is for
BunnyOwn is offered to businesses and professionals only. By registering you confirm that you act in the course of a trade, business or profession and that you are authorised to bind the business you register. Consumer-protection rules for private individuals do not apply to this contract.
2. The service
BunnyOwn is a hosted platform on which a business runs its own websites, a content hub, calendars and booking requests, a website mailbox, integrations with third-party services it chooses (payment providers, advertising platforms) and, where included in the plan, access for AI clients through the Model Context Protocol. The plans, what each includes and their prices are published at bunnyown.com/pricing; the plan you are on is named in your order confirmation.
We may improve, extend or change the way features work at any time. We will not remove a feature that is material to your plan without 30 days' notice.
3. Your account and your team
The person who registers becomes the workspace owner and may invite others with the roles the dashboard offers. You are responsible for everyone you give access to, for keeping credentials confidential, and for every action taken from your workspace. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Your content and your guests' data
Everything you publish through BunnyOwn — text, images, prices, availability, your customers' and guests' details — remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, cache, back up and display it in order to provide the service, and no other. You warrant that you have the right to publish it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or the law.
Where you use BunnyOwn to process personal data of your own guests, enquirers and team members, you are the controller and we are your processor. The Data Processing Agreement is Annex 1 to these terms and applies in full; it is accepted together with them.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use BunnyOwn to send unsolicited commercial communications, to host content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or deceptive, to attack, probe or overload our systems or anyone else's, or to resell the service as such. We may suspend a workspace that breaches this clause, and will tell you why.
6. Fees, invoicing and taxes
Fees are those published for your plan and add-ons at the time you subscribe, plus any one-off setup fee named in your order confirmation. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as chosen, by the payment provider we use; the invoice is issued by Byte Bunny S.L.U.. Prices are stated without indirect taxes; IGIC, VAT or the equivalent is added where the law requires.
The price of a live subscription does not change during a period already paid. We may change the price of a plan with at least 30 days' written notice; the new price applies from the first renewal after the notice period, and you may cancel before then. A price change never applies retroactively.
An unpaid invoice is reminded. If it remains unpaid 14 days after its due date we show a notice in your dashboard; after 30 days we may suspend publishing new changes to your websites. Your websites keep serving what was already published, and nothing is deleted because of a late payment. Suspension ends when the invoice is paid.
7. Term, cancellation and what happens after
The subscription runs for the period chosen and renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by writing to us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the running period is not refunded. Setup fees are earned when the work is done and are not refunded.
After termination your websites keep serving for 30 days so you can move them. During those 30 days you may ask us for an export of your content in a machine-readable format, which we provide within 30 days of the request. After that we delete your data as described in the Data Processing Agreement, except what we must keep by law (invoices, for six years).
We may terminate this contract with 30 days' notice, or at once if you breach clause 5 or fail to pay after the reminders in clause 6.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times and to fix faults promptly; we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. Support is by email at the address on the legal notice page, on working days in the Canary Islands.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss. Our total liability under this contract in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or anything the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A new version is published on this page with its effective date at least 30 days ahead, and we email every workspace owner when we publish it. If you do not agree with the new version you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date, or accepting the new version when you next sign in, means the new version applies.
11. General
This contract is governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of the city where Byte Bunny S.L.U. has its registered office, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise. If a clause is found invalid the rest stands. Neither party is liable for what it cannot control (force majeure). You may not assign this contract without our consent; we may assign it to a successor of our business. The English text is the binding version of these terms; translations are provided for convenience.
Annex 1 — Data Processing Agreement
